Love Larabars but don’t love the price? These little Larabar inspired almond balls are a naturally sweet treat that won’t break the bank. It’s actually pretty easy to make your own with this Larabar recipe.
This snack is raw, gluten free and vegan, and is a breeze to make (bonus!). Experiment with different ratios of nuts to find the texture and flavour you prefer. If your dates are quite dry, you can plump them up in a little bit of water for few minutes, then drain, before starting. Or add water a tablespoon at a time to get the right texture. Form into balls or bars, as you like. You can wrap the bars individually to take on the go, or store balls in a container in the fridge.
