Easy Avocado Ranch Dressing Recipe – Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Free

This homemade ranch salad dressing is so easy, you are going to want to make it all the time!

My avocado ranch dressing recipe is gluten free, dairy free and vegan, and comes together in no time. I use it frequently for a healthy dip for the kids school lunches. It’s a great way to get some healthy fat into their diets.

Use the recipe as-is for a thicker dressing that can double as a dip. Add up to another half cup of coconut milk to make less thick if you prefer.

Easy Avocado Ranch Dressing Recipe – Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, ripe
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt to taste (1/2 - 1 tsp to start)
  • Dill to taste (1 tbsp dried to start)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Increase coconut milk up to 1 cup for a thinner, more pourable dressing.
