My avocado ranch dressing recipe is gluten free, dairy free and vegan, and comes together in no time. I use it frequently for a healthy dip for the kids school lunches. It’s a great way to get some healthy fat into their diets.
Use the recipe as-is for a thicker dressing that can double as a dip. Add up to another half cup of coconut milk to make less thick if you prefer.
