You can’t get through the day without a mid-morning and mid-afternoon pick-me-up from the coffee shop or vending machine. Coffee, chocolate, pastries and sodas fuel your productivity. Then after the kids go to bed you unwind with a little ice cream or chocolate, because you deserve a treat at the end of a long day. And then feel guilty.
